Washington Center - ZDC

I recently accepted a position at Washington Center... I was just wondering if anyone has any information about this place, good, bad or indifferent... Also if anyone has any information academy success numbers, as well as training successes, specifically for ZDC or another large center....
I have been involved in aviation for several years and completed 2 years of a CTI program before going into my current career, just looking to see how others have done...
