I also had one more question from my visit to Minnie Center.

Next year sometime I will be finishing CTI and doing my 2 months or so down in OKC, then will be sent to my prospective Center.

When I get there, it normally takes 3 years or so to become a fully functional controller right? Will I be doing shift work during this time, or is more normal 9-5 Mon-Fri type thing like I have read about? And how does your pay start and change through these 3 years?
