it all depends on the facility.

i was working 730-400 during my classroom work at my facility...then after that i moved to shiftwork..and your days off will follow your OJTI's (if your OJTI's have friday saturday off...so will you)

your pay starts at 37 or so thousand a year..then it increases as you go up in the develomental stages, D1 D2 D3 CPC...those levels depend on the number of positions you have to certify in.

as for the 3 year...in enroute i have no idea but im pretty sure they take longer then a terminal environment and the time frame all depends on the developmental
