I like center as it encompasses usually both functions with doing approaches to satellite airports, doing sequencing where you have some fudge room, much better sequencing for 10, 20, 30 miles in trail then sequencing for 3 mile finals. But, it also depends what center you are in, I'm sure some of the sectors at some centers could get boring with just overflights etc. Personally, I have the same respect for either route, we all deal with the same BS everyday.
