The highest demand is places too expensive to live on the current wages
Southern Cali
Oakland
New York
Las Vegas
and many of the other larger Facilities
I am not sure there is a FAA facility anywhere in the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico there is. Kinda hard to survive there on $34K/year.
