To my understanding, it's a few years after being at a facility before you can transfer. I assume you would have to be a CPC before you can. But it's not for sure that you'll transfer will be approved. It has to be approved by both facilities. They have to make sure it wouldn't hurt staffing, like leave the facility you'd transfer out of short handed. And I'm unsure of a transfer between types of facilities. Like enroute and terminal.
All that's just what I've gathered. Not sure how accurate it is. Hope it helps.
