"Pat Forrey advised us today that he had a conversation with the mediation panel and the FAA concerning the effective date of the CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement aka Contract) following ratification. The ratification count will take place on September 23, 2009. It was agreed that the effective date of the new CBA will be October 1, 2009; the beginning of the fiscal year. " - WestPac RVP
CIP will also start Oct. 1st.
