What I think, is that, like the US$80+ million Bobby and Mary threw at JFK in today's press release, the Sturg-EEL is trying in vain to buy back his "reputation" before he heads out the door.

What Sturgell never realized, is that we wanted honesty and integrity from our government, not just money. Because Bobby Sturgell is but a blood-sucking lamprey of an aeromercantilist, he'll never understand:
