I'm heading to ORD from a VRA hire. I'm pretty sure that the guy I talked to at ORD said that they only want VRA's or transfers and have requested not to be sent CTI's or OTS'. You'd have to talk to the hub manager to be sure. And I'm pretty sure the reason that they are allowing VRAs is because some ex-AF guy got checked out in 13 months or so.
