I can tell you that Serco is mostly in the West and Alaska. RVA has the Southeast, Midwest ATC has the Midwest and Northeast. Serco is the only one that I know of that lists openings and pay amounts for those positions. A lot of things may change after Feb 2010. I hear they are dividing up the Southeast.
