Contract is hourly and varies by where you live from what it looks like. I think Serco has best benefits out of all other contract towers out there. Doesn't stand up to FAA but they are good. 4 10hr shift is what most of them seem to be for serco as well. I think with night differential pay, sunday pay, holidays, a few overtime shifts etc i'm pulling in 60k/yr before taxes.
