XYZ Newcomer

Currently work for Serco and have applied to RVA (I want to relocate to FL). I would love to work at St. Pete. So, besides contacting the manager (which I will at some point) and finding out my chances, is this place too popular and should I pick less desirable towers in Fl. Could anybody suggest a few. Thanks.
