I've worked over 24 years with the FAA as a controllers at various facilities and the controller mix you have at Bagram is pretty much similar to what most FAA facilities have. One thing I've always enjoyed about air traffic controllers is that you are judged on your abilities not on your race, or religion.

I've heard good and bad about most of the companies, I'm workin for ITT at Salerno and I've discovered that there is a dark side to the management here that I don't care for. I'd work for Midwest, and Perry had called me several times, but never followed through with an offer.
