With Geo pref's in June/July, when might OKC classes start?

So,
I know this is all 'speculative' and ever-changing at this point, but I'm wondering if anyone has any insight on this topic. I'm finishing CTI school at the end of March 2011 and am considering planning my wedding/honeymoon in Mexico for the end of March/beginning of April of 2011, but I'm also a Pubnat 8 applicant and that got me thinking; how crappy would it be to get an offer with an OKC date during that time and I've got 50 people coming down to Mexico to see me get hitched?
So, my question is, assuming that Geo Pref's come out in June or July, does anyone have any insight or knowledge of past time-lines that could help predict when OKC dates may start for PUBNAT 8 applicants?
