03/31/2010 Basics - Air Traffic Control - ATC

Recieved my FOL yetserday! Start class in OKC on March 31st, exactly one year to the day that I recieved my initial e-mail informing me I was under consideration for employment. Let's just hope class doesn't get cancelled.

RTFi think imma get sent to this class cuz im vra and its the last one they are having for a while my HR told me to expect this date and i havent heard anythign since then.

Well I was trying to coordinate a car pool with tenants at Kim's Place because I was considering staying there and one person slotted for that same date just got bumped to a later date, hope that doesn't apply to me as well. Let me know if you hear anything.

I got a FOL two weeks ago for the 31 March date as well. I have not heard anything else from them after I turned in the required paperwork. Its kind of a weird process. When did you get your FOL?

The 20th of Jan. I submitted the paperwork as well. Booked a room, just hoping I don't get bumped to a later date.

My FOL is dated 20 January as well, but i had gotten the call several days before hand asking if i would accept a school date. And all it says is that class will be in session for approximately 30 classroom days. I am going to NORCAL approach and I was hired under VRA. I am a guard DOD controller from Oregon. I have not heard of anyone under VRA being canceled but who knows. Nobody seems to know much. I guess all i can say is press forward. What facility are you going to?

NCT as well. I grew up in Sacramento so I'm pretty psyched about going back to my home town. I recieved my TOL back in April so I shouldnt worry about someone else getting preference ahead of me and getting bumped according to HR.

are FOL's by mail or email cuz im in jersey now death in the family but my hr said she would be sending my FOL out soon.
