High BP and medical history
Posted: 08-17-2009, 03:03 PM

Im 28, 290lbs, 6'2" tall, have a history of high blood pressure but its controlled now. 5 years ago I had elevated liver enzimes and had an ultrasound that showed "fatty liver" but since then I have normal liver enzime test results. Had past surgeries on my wrist, deviated septum and tonsils removed but all was corrected 100%.

My BP now is on average 125/82 - 140/92. Do I have anything to worry about as far as passing the medical clearance?? Im in the process of continuing to lose weight and exercise so hopefully I will be a few pounds less before my exam.

My medications are

Linsinopril HCTZ 20/25mg
Benicar 50mg

Thanks alot.
