Sleep Aids
Posted: 10-22-2009, 05:22 PM A fairly new thing has come about. Having a terrible time getting to sleep some nights and it appears to be getting worse. That is partly due to the fact that after I got a 2.5 hours rest before class one night I started worrying about getting to sleep (feeling anxious). Of course this makes it harder to go to sleep lol ><
What in the world am I even allowed to take to help with sleep? The restrictions on medications are so ridiculously tight it's a wonder anyone can keep this job and remain healthy ; ; |

Posted: 10-26-2009, 02:51 PM Usually nothing, insomnia is usually the beginning sign of an underlying anxiety disorder. See your physician to make sure everything is OK.
