Card on Eye Exam
Posted: 11-18-2009, 08:02 AM Yesterday, I got my first class medical renewed. On the eye exam, there is a card that has numbers and tick marks, and I was required to say which number a line crossed (numbers had a range probably from 15 to 30ish). What does this test? I was fine, but what does it mean if someone gets too far to the left or right? Is this test required for the ATC second class also?

Re: Card on Eye Exam
Posted: 11-18-2009, 02:37 PM There are several measures out there. The numbers are relative for each test, so I cant comment other that the fact you passed and it should not get worse with age.
