Not reporting medication
Posted: 12-09-2009, 10:30 AM

If I took a medication that is disqualifying like fioricet and did not report it because I did not know it was disqualifying, should I report it on my next physical even though I am no longer taking the medication and the last time I took it was over a year ago? If so what are usually the outcome for not reporting it at the time?

It does not matter if the medication is dysqualifying or not, all prescribed medications must be reported if you are taking them at the time of the medical.

can I piggy back on and ask, what if my MD changes my blood pressure meds, do I report it asap or wait until my next medical?

You should report all med changes as soon as possible.
