Posted: 12-28-2009, 11:00 AM Is there any pre-approval procedure required prior to getting LASIK eye surgery done? Will the procedure prevent a controller from getting a renewal on a medical certificate?

Posted: 12-29-2009, 01:23 PM No pre approval process. To go back to work; you must be release from the surgeon, have no side effects from surgery, and meet the vision requirements to perform job duties.
