Posted: 03-04-2010, 09:48 PM Can someone please tell me how this occured? Seriously, how did this occur? You have no minutes or recordings on the meetings, etc.... Was it a sacrifice a few for the many type of thing? How do you justify hiring people under the old pay scale and then act like this new contract is a victory for them? Just a question?
