Re: sample letter for hardship request
Posted: 09-01-2010, 02:36 PM I am trying to hardship down to florida. My exspouse and I tried to reconcile to no avail when i moved up to my facility. She later moved back to florida with my son and got full custody and told me she wont allow my son to leave the state. If i wanted to be a father and see my child it would have to be in florida. I have made several trips down to florida. I have been told that the agancy is not really moving on hardships from one region to another. And in order for me to evan have a chance i would nead to document any academic or behavioral issues. Iv tried to contact my sons school and counselor and his file is clean nothing has been documented. Im realy confused on how to procead.. I have just certified in the tower and well im looking for any way to be able to be a part of my sons life and i can do that from NY. His mother has evan gone to the extreme of disconecting the phones i have 0 contact unless my mother goes to pick him up and he calls me. is there anything you can recomend
