Another ERR question
Posted: 12-06-2009, 07:00 PM

There is an ongoing debate in my facility after everyone has read the red book and here are two questions that would make some controllers very happy.

1. Does a CPC have to wait 52 weeks from check out to request an ERR?

2. Is there a restriction of up/down 3 levels for requesting an ERR?

Thank you for your time.

One more thing:

52-week CPC and 3-level restriction only apply to mutual swaps.
