Facility Release Policies
Posted: 01-03-2010, 11:39 AM Just a quick question, if anyone has an answer. Who exactly has the ability to decide on a release policy for an FAA tower?
Where I work there is no release policy at all. So what I am asking is who makes the decision that one is necessary, the manager?? I believe that the people I work with are trying to establish a release policy with a minimum staffing number at the facility that would only allow one person to be able to leave, yet we are getting no new hires. So this is the reason why I am asking. |
