Posted: 05-05-2010, 10:24 PM They're not released on any sort of public schedule. All announcements other than PUBNATs generally run on a rolling basis; they're closed quarterly for selection panels and reopened shortly thereafter. And, as you may have guessed, selection panels are held on a quarterly basis, although not all application pools may be considered at every panel.
