Just wanted to introduce myself as part of the new section here on Stuckmic.
My name is James Grayson and I am a 23 year veteran of the FAA. In my career I have been an Enroute controller, Automation Specialist, Traffic Management Coordinator, Front Line Manager, and a Program Manager focusing on change management activities such as leadership development and new hire engagement.
Stuckmic reached to me and asked if I would like to have a presence here to support our New Hire Sponsor program and I was happy to come on board. As part of my website, atoleadingedge.com, we offer the ability for new hires to contact managers from across the country to help get questions answered or to make connections to their new facilities. While many new hires have contacted their upcoming homes and have access to information, others do not. We are trying to help fill that gap.
I encourage anyone who has a question to join the conversation. We will do all we can to find an answer if we don't have it already. If we can't, we will let you know why and what other options might exist.
