There are currently 2 courses available to ATC Specialists. The rest are for the AF folks.
# 14018 - On The Job (OJT) Training Techniques and #14022 - Principles of Instruction. They're both worth 1/2 point each. Both available thru the FAA Academy section of the FAA.gov site. You have to register and request the courses. Also you have to provide your supervisor's email. Once you are registered and have requested the courses they will send the supervisor your request and the supervisor will either approve or deny the request. If approved, they will then proceed to send you the study guides and tests to your home.

What happened to all the courses that the FAA used to offer? As an example I have
14017 - Emergency Readiness
14003 - Human Relations in Supervision
14035 - Time and Attend.
14010 - Briefing and Presentation Techniques
14030 - Position Management and Classification
54044 - Low Level Windshear Alert System
14034 - Occupational Safety and Health Training for Employee Representatives
14014 - Writing Improvement
14023 - Equal Employment Opportunity
14028 - Basic Labor Relations
14022 - Principles of Instruction
14019 - Staff Specialist
14026 - Program Analysis and Review
14018 - On-th-job Training Techniques

If memory serves me correctly any course that had a 4 in the second digit was counted toward points in correspondence courses.

I guess you could also say that about "Human Relations in Supervision."

Before you go crazy taking these courses you should know there is a limit, I think it's two points, that you can use for bidding purposes.
