Does anyone know if the FAA has posted the 2011 Locality Rates yet? If so, is there a link to the info somewhere? Thanks!!

Salary council makes 2011 locality pay rate recommendations (11/10/09) -- GovExec.com

I know nothing about all the jargon in this, but I did pull out the "suggested raise for 2010" was 3% lower than the suggested raise for 2011. (40.87 to 43.75)...

Would be very cool to see a 3% raise in locality, but as we saw from last year it was a lot closer to .65% avg (lowest being .26, highest being 1.12, taken from: https://employees.faa.gov/org/staffo...ercentages.pdf )

I also could be way off base with my untrained mind.

Not available on the OPM website yet. When it is, you can find it here.

Nope. If your "rest of usa" you'll be lucky to get 14.5% (currently 14.16).
