Joplin Missouri Disaster Relief
Posted: 05-22-2011, 11:01 PM Earlier this evening Joplin, Missouri was rocked with a devasting tornado. At this point the news is reporting 24 dead. To get an idea of the extent of the damage, look at the video below:
This was my home for 3.5 years. I have many friends and family that have lost everything. I am taking up donations through this website to help with this horrible disaster. I will match dollar for dollar what anyone donates. I will be donating the money to my former church, Christ's Church of Joplin. It is a non-denominational church. Donate Now - Joplin Missouri Disaster Relief I am personally asking for everyone's assistance. I don't generally post personal requests here, but this means a lot to me as it strikes right at home. I've personally done a lot on this website and devoted hundreds of hours of my time over the past few years to help each of you in this great career of ours. Posted: 05-23-2011, 06:13 AM Adam i'm about to leave for work, but i'll donate when I get off tonight. I'm a Missouri boy and been to Joplin dozens of times. I'm going to be driving past Joplin on I-44 on Thursday and I'm not quite sure what i'll see. That is where I typically fueled up. Hope everyone you know is safe.
