Random. What's the average staffing at level 4-7 facilities? Cpc, dev, sup, management, ect. Thanks in advance?

Wouldn't think its rocket science. It's actually 12-16 CPC's for a level 5 tower. Got bored and called one. That's gotta be pretty boring.

Step 1: Download this: http://www.faa.gov/air_traffic/publi...a/CWP_2011.pdf
Step 2: Look up the facilities you want to check out in the Appendix.
Step 3: Compare staffing ranges.
Step 4: Profit?

Random answer: Depends on the facility. Ask a random question....

Yeah varies tower to tower... Things like how many positions are available in the cab. Most airports with more than 1 runway have an extra local control position which in turn equals more manning. Most towers have a clearance delivery but some VFR towers don't, etc.

Are there any Level 4's anyway? Why the hell don't they just shift the scale downward so it's L1-L8 instead of 4-12?

The only places with more than one local position are places like DFW,ATL...etc. Everywhere else only has 1 local position and all of of those places have more one runway.

False.... DAB, BNA have 2 locals. I would imagine DVT, LVY have multiplied locals. It's more than just your massive airports that have multiple locals.
