Air/Ground Communication Survey for ATC

I am currently writing a thesis on air/ground communication between pilots and air traffic controllers and the complexities surrounding this. I've just finished my frozen ATPL and I know how important good communication is whilst flying.

I was wondering if any pilots and air traffic controllers have a spare 10minutes to complete a short survey- it will really benefit my project.

Hi,

Is your survey only for commercial (paid) pilots? There are a lot of pilots who fly recreationally, yet who still use ATC in the same manner as the big guys.
