Downey is still in the L.A. area. The L.A. area and Dept. area are getting split up again in Feb.

Classroom training is dry and lacks structure, but ratheon will be taking over in one more week so hopefully they will have things more together. At least now they have it revolving so if you come from another facility or the Academy you dont have to wait for a class date or other students to show up before training. You jump in where the current class is and stay until you finish all the blocks.

I am still in the classroom so I dont know how it is on the positions, but it seems as though they are backed up in some areas, but others dont have any 'fresh' trainees. LA is being split up again by mid March.
