You are right,
stuckmic has definitely changed into a place where future hope to be ATC'er come to hang out. I know of several controllers that use to frequent the site that have left because of it. I suppose I come around a little less frequent (not that it makes anyone sad). Guess it was bound to happen with the super hiring boom. And I do from time to time try to help people out...especially Chicago bound people.
