I feel bad for the guy (or girl), it would seem like they were probably thrown in over their head too early in their career.

A lot of the upper level facilities are tired of wasting time with people that won't make it. Quite a few are adopting the sink-or-swim mentality. That said, where the hell was the OJTI during this? Developmentals are going to make mistakes, and it's up to the OJTI to fix it, help the Dev learn from it and move on. This has added unneeded stress and more than likely has created a lot of self doubt.

feel sorry for the OJTI. their the ones that bought the deal. or maybe OD since separation was not actually lost thanks to the awareness of the ERJ crew.

developmental is just the word used instead of cpc wich is fully qualified, he/she could have been qualified on gc.
