What knee-jerk reactions do deals bring you???
Posted: 12-23-2009, 09:37 PM Just wondering what the rest of the workforce is seeing happen after a deal occurs. If its just one, there is usually not any noticeable difference. However, when we have a string of them, I often see things such as....
2 People per sector regardless of traffic Stop Training Supervisors have to wear headsets A FLM and CIC in the area at all times Increased Staffing, meaning no leave, but they don't being in overtime Priority Training Only Have a random skill check by a FLM that does not work traffic After a couple weeks, these things go away, then they pick a new one after the next deal..... Anyone else notice stuff like this??? |

Re: What knee-jerk reactions do deals bring you???
Posted: 12-25-2009, 11:23 PM The appearance is that it makes management look bad if there are too many people on break when an OE/OD occurs. Management feels if you have more people working with only 1 or 2 on break you can then justify the deal by other means, but if you have too many people on a break then this was the one of the causes of the deal.
