Phone call from a Special Investigator

Earlier tonight, I received a phone call from a Special Investigator regarding my security check. She wanted to make an appointment with me. She told me it was a standard procedure, and proceeded to tell me she needed some information I apparently did not put on my background check. Should I be worried? I have nothing in my past that should indicate a security issue, but I can't help but feel a little anxiety.

I probably wouldn't worry. Unless you forgot to add all the felonies you committed years ago. If she said it was standard then it probably means they want to ask you about a job or place you lived that you overlooked.

Or maybe it will be about your photos on Facebook.

Did this a few weeks back. It's not a huge deal at all. Try not to be too stressed about it. They are just going to ask you questions you will know the answers to, even if it takes you a minute or so.

Take a copy of ur sf86/85...u can read along with the investigater and u have the answers right there...thats what i did and it worked fine.

Apparently this is standard for everyone now. There's someone in my class in OKC that got called and has to meet with one next week, and he's already an employee! I guess he got really short notice on a class date and they didn't get to call him beforehand.

yea i thought i was in the clear once i got a class date, but about a week later i got a call to meet up with an investigator. we went over every single facebook post i have ever made.
