hardship transfer
Posted: 03-15-2009, 06:04 PM

I completed an ERR from the academy and it was fairly simple as far as paperwork and time. I contacted a facility manager (either one works as far as I know) with my request and they emailed my info to the proper HR people, who then sent me the form. My situation was the kids thing, so they did ask for a letter from a lawyer stating that the ex would not let the kids leave the state. I sent that, along with their form and they told me it would be approved upon successful completion of my PV.

Not sure how deep they look into the circumstances though, after I completed my request another girl in my class decided she would try to slip one past them and she got hers approved as well... take that for what its worth.

FWIW IIRC and A.F.A.I.K., FYI means "for your information". IDK though, I may be FUBAR. If so, stop LOL and tell me ASAP.
