My hr lady said that the interviews are contracted out. Im assuming that means someone like robinson aviation will be taking care of it. I hope its my nearest fac since i know them already.

I just went through the traditional interview process in the last couple of months.

You receive an employment inquiry inviting you to a PEPC or the traditional process, and when you send an email back saying you want the traditional process they respond letting you know which facility will contact you.

I received a call within a week from a manager at my local tower and had the interview a week after that. From the interview to the TOL took about six weeks.

I remember people from the past being interviewed by the terminal ops manager/training manager/hiring manager at their local facility.

Things could've changed since then, though.
