Resume Help
Posted: 08-21-2009, 07:43 PM

I need an approach and center resume. This is what I have so far:

CBM Approach:

Initiates and issues air traffic control (ATC) clearances, instructions and advisories to air traffic operating under instrument and visual flight rules. Uses air to ground communications, aural, and visual and radar systems to control and expedite air traffic. Aligns, evaluates, and operates surveillance and precision radar scopes. Uses flight plan data, position reports, and radar displayed data to determine aircraft positions. Issues advisories to pilots, ATC, and other agencies concerning weather conditions, notice to airman, information, traffic flow control measures, wake turbulence and additional services. Provides flight assistance and emergency service to pilots. Conducts intra/inter-facility coordination of clearances, instructions, advisories, and aircraft movement information. Maintains operating position forms and records. Trains non-certified personnel. Supervises facility operations, ensures safe and efficient movement of air traffic, compliance with FAA/facility directives, and safety of all personnel on duty.

Balad Center:Initiates and issues air traffic control (ATC) clearances, instructions and advisories to air traffic operating under instrument and visual flight rules. Would love to get a little help making them better for the FAA, Please!

Thanks,
Marc

Do you have to submit a resume to the FAA? I never did when I applied, do you turn it in at the PEPC interview or what?

No. This is for something other than applying to be an ATCS.
