Pete and Diana are great! More like hosts than landlords. Their primary goal is to make the students' stay as comfortable as possible. They don't live too far, which is good because if you need them for anything they are 95% of the time going to be there that day.

I am enrolled in the FAA academy and about half way through En Route training. I am going to Guam (ZUA) and I applied to PubNat 2 I believe and now Im here in OKC. There Isn't to much to do in OKC, so it is nice to have a nice, quiet, clean place to stay.

Everything listed above is correct. They forgot to mention the TV is a HUGE plasma! School is somewhere from 13-15 miles away, most of which is spent on a freeway going 75mph. It takes me about 17 minutes or so to get to school although google earth says 22. The house is exceptionally clean too, with a very cozy living room.

This is a great place to stay, in a quiet, safe neighborhood. I would definitely recommend making this your home for ATC school. I stayed somewhere else (won't mention any names), and actually up and moved 1 month in. I'm writing this all so you don't make the same mistake as I did. Good Luck!!

I am currently staying here at Olympic Properties and I truly love it.

This place is GREAT and has everything I need and more. Pots, pans, silverware, dishes, TV, wireless Internet, washer, dryer, and dish washer.
The house is quiet, and really feels like a home away from home. It has a patio in back with two BBQ pits, and I like to grill alot, so that's nice. This house is just really nice, and the neighborhood is really quite and very nice as well. The land lords are very attentive and don't live to far from the home. It doesn't take much for them to get here and they always, always answer my phone calls for any questions I might have. It has a two car garage so my car is always in it to keep from any weather. I have been able to put some money away while my class mates pay ( $50 per day @ Fairways at Moore, $47 per day @ Spanish Gardens, $54 per day @ Links at Mustang),I'm glad i found this location on stuck mic. I have a class mate who had his car stereo stolen, and another who's car got hit while parked, at one of those other locations and still does not know who it was. It only takes me 15-20 min to get to work, and everything i need is near by

Alot of the other places my mates are staying at are alot older and I've heard horror stories. I'm very glad I found this location. I really hope this helps any one looking. Oh and i almost forgot to mention, there is ample room for your books strips etc. to study and have study group sessions. It helps! overall very very nice. you wont be disappointed.

I stayed here the entire time I was in OKC. I contacted Mr. Pete & Ms. Diana prior to arriving in OKC. They were very nice & accommodating. When I arrived, they wanted to put a desk in the master bedroom and even had me meet them at the store to select the type of desk I thought would be suitable for the bedroom. The Crawfords understand the process of reimbursement and are very willing to work with you.

The house is a nice; I found it to be comfortable and made my transition to OKC much easier. Mr. Pete & Ms. Diana added a gas grill which made it very nice to cook and have study groups at the house with classmates. In addition to a grill, the kitchen is fully equipped and linens are provided for the bathrooms so there's not anything you need to bring. The property is about 17 – 20 minute drive to the academy and I found it to be an easy drive. If you would like a place to stay that’s comfortable and feels like home, I certainly recommend staying here as Mr. Pete & Ms. Diana will work to make things feel as much like home as possible.

I stayed here for my rtf class in February. Loved the house. It was in a great spot in Yukon, OK. The house was very spacious with a full and updated kitchen. It had everything you need but food. I only gave a 4 for the amenities because of the internet. I couldn't get my Xbox to connect wirelessly or when hardwired. It seemed to be an area problem, not just at this house. I asked other people in my class and they were also unable to connect to Xbox or PS3 online. The bedroom was very spacious and I had plenty of room. The bed was great and very comfortable.

Pete and Diana were both great and there to help whenever I needed it. They can also show up to help whenever you need it since they live only five minutes away.

The house is about 15-20 minutes from the academy depending on traffic. I only gave a 4 for price since there were cheaper options to choose from.

I would def stay here again!

While completing the curriculum at the academy you'll have enough to worry about; if you choose to stay with Pete and Diana your housing situation will not be among those concerns. They are wonderful hosts and provide the most spacious, comfortable and clean of the student housing options. The environment where you rest, relax, study and recharge should be conducive to those activities; you'll find that it most certainly is here.

Amenities are apportioned well, as mentioned by the previous reviewers' comments. There is ample space to spread out in the common areas, the kitchen has everything you'll need to cook a good meal (you're on your own for groceries) and the house on Olympic is located in a prime position with shops just a short distance away.

You will have to make a little more of an effort to study and connect with your fellow classmates. Most students seem to stay at Isola Bella or Kim's place and study groups naturally tend to gather there. Pete and Diana's house is perfect for hosting study groups, but most people won't want to drive to Yukon. It is not a great location if you're planning to go to Bricktown every weekend to party, but it's a fantastic spot for pretty much everything else.

The only consistent drawback that I noticed during my stay was the noise from the interstate. It becomes pretty noticeable at night but not so much that I lost sleep; just a constant minor disturbance.

I wholly recommend giving Pete and Diana a call to see if they have space available. You'll find that they are welcoming, accommodating and willing to do whatever they can to make your living stress free!
