I know this is kind of late, but i just got into this ATC stuff and going to school to be one hopefully. I lived in MB for 7-years and it is a great place to be, hot, quite, safe and cheap. Yes that's right cheap as a dirt. You can find a place to live for under $500. I have visited the tower at MB International Airport and it was very slow the guys you work their said it's like that almost all the time. If i had a chance i would choice MB (Of course the salary would be the primary),
