Hello All !

I have created an interactive tool that I hope is quite useful to you.

It's the ATC Pay Scale Calculator! **Thank you so much to The Roaming Gnome for purchasing the site upgrade to be able to post it on the site!!**

The new tool (exclusive to StuckMic) allows you to enter a facility ID (ex: DFW) and it will display:

• The Facility Level
• The Facility Long Name
• The Locality Percentage
• Your Academy Pay
• Your Facility Pay Upon Arrival
• Your Developmental Pay Bands (D1-D3)
• Your CPC Pay Band

The calculator will show you dollar amounts that automatically take into consideration the facility level and locality pay.

Keep in mind the Academy Pay is using the base of 17,100 (the 2008 pay rate), so if you know of the 2009 rate, please let me know and I'll update it.

We have plans to add features to the calculator in the near future for CPC controllers who are considering transferring facilities to compare pay bands as well as calculating pay raises within bands!

Feel free to give feedback you may have. As you know things change! So, if you notice any errors (ex: Facility Levels / Locality) please let me know and I will make the correction.

To access the calculator, visit the home page and look in the lower right hand corner. REMEMBER, after you've entered the Facility ID, press the TAB key... do not press ENTER.
