Pages 39 - 48 are for FERS employees which includes all NEW HIRES AND ANYONE HIRED IN THE LAST 12 YEARS OR SO. Pages 1-38 are for CSRS or CSRS component employees (old timers) This file includes all necessary forms to be submitted to your servicing agency - make sure you're using the proper form (FERS vs. CSRS). Your rescpective HR office should have the forms you need if you're not certain that you're using the right ones. |
