they came to a stop in a mine field? holy smokes. then they got out and starting running through the mine field.

would've been a shame had they pulled off this miracle landing and then stepped on a mine while trying to egress.

I got there 3 months after this had happened, my friend was actually talking to the pilot when this happened, pretty crazy...

That guy used to fly that jet like a nut. He would still have gear on the ground on takeoff and start a turn. He must have been an ex fighter pilot or something. I have some impressive pictures of it on my other computer.
