Obviously, I'm being sarcastic. The principle of welfare isn't the problem, it's the regulative measures that aren't in place to ensure the system isn't taken advantage of. How many people do you know on welfare
Are you just looking at the sterotype
There are plenty of people who are forced to use social aid as a means to get by when they're blindsided or faced with a difficult stretch. It's a bad apples situation. You only hear about the rule breakers and those who take advantage of the system, the people who use it properly somehow slip under your radar.
