I've waited for years to get into get into this God forsaken agency...only to finally get in and be highly disappointed. I am currently looking to get back to the DOD. I like the facility I work at and the people I work with...BUT, like you say, Love the job, Hate the agency.

At my facility, We have at least 3 eligible to retire and 3 bidding out. There are 12 controllers here. There is no plan if all 6 leave at the same time.

The Titanic (FAA) is definitely taking on water. It's a matter of time before it sinks. Sad thing is, when it happens, people will die. Sorry for the soap box, but this is unf---ing believable.
