At my facility, We have at least 3 eligible to retire and 3 bidding out. There are 12 controllers here. There is no plan if all 6 leave at the same time.
The Titanic (FAA) is definitely taking on water. It's a matter of time before it sinks. Sad thing is, when it happens, people will die.

Sorry to hear it sucks so bad where you are. There was a time when all of us enjoyed coming to work. Now - ask any ATCer - and they can tell you right down to the hour how long before they can retire.
I can only shake my head.
