If a facility is 100% Union, there is no need to be selective. Bottom line is, most of your facility will be Union members. Your trainers will most likely be members and now more than ever, its a team thing. Either we are together against what's happening to our profession or we aren't. Pick a side, plain and simple. Are you with your brothers and sisters or not As far as the cause and not the person, that's not very realistic. Reps are busy and have to prioritize their work. Free-loaders will be given minimal assistance and members that actually pay for assistance should get more thorough attention. Its union representation, not welfare.
