sorry i'll try to make this the last post =) someone said something about vfr tower. well PHX (tower, the tracon is P50) is deffinately not a vfr only tower. it's actually designated a limited radar approach control facility, they vector on local... it's class bravo airspace and you'll be working in a brand new comfortable and great looking tower cab.

Bottom line is you'll be needed at either PHX or ZSE and it might be hard to move from PHX, but it will surely be harder to move from ZSE.

Thanks for all your help. You definitely made it easier to make up my mind. It is hard because I live in the NW right now. One more question: If I later decide to go somewhere else, will I stay at the same pay Say I want to go to a ARTCC or a low level tower. I would like to be able to keep getting paid the same.
