Thanks for all your help. You definitely made it easier to make up my mind. It is hard because I live in the NW right now. One more question: If I later decide to go somewhere else, will I stay at the same pay
Say I want to go to a ARTCC or a low level tower. I would like to be able to keep getting paid the same.

See I didn't know that, that fact does make it more desirable to take ZSE...
Taken from the white book:
Chapter 9. Movement to the Same or Lower Level ATC Facility:
All CPC’s/TMC/TMS who move to the same or lower level ATC facility become CPC’s In Training (CPCIT),
Traffic Management Coordinator in Training (TMC-IT) or Traffic Management Specialist in Training
(TMS-IT) when they report to their new facility. They must certify or recertify in the facility/area to which
assigned.
When a CPC/TMC/TMS transfers to the same or lower-level facility, their base pay remains unchanged if
it falls within the new facility pay band. If base pay exceeds the new band maximum, pay is reduced to
the maximum of the new pay band.
